The groundbreaking ceremony for the IPAI Campus in Heilbronn took place in October 2025, attended by various representatives from politics and business. Real-world labs, data centers, office spaces, and much more are planned to be built there. Partners CONTACT Software and T-Systems are now developing an integration for seamless data exchange between Catia V6 and CONTACT’s PLM system CIM Database, enabling companies to link their system landscape more closely and accelerate product development. The integration enables designers to quickly and easily synchronize CAD data with CIM Database. In the PLM system, it is centrally available to all stakeholders involved and can be linked with other product and project information.
