The KOSTAL Group develops, produces and distributes electronic and electromechanical products for the automotive industry, photovoltaics and drive technology, as well as testing and automation systems for the production of electronic and mechatronic components. KOSTAL introduced CIM Database in 2005 for CAD data management and has been continuously expanding the system ever since. Today, the PLM platform is tightly integrated into the company-wide process and IT system landscape. More than 5,000 users worldwide use the system to control processes and projects in the product development environment and beyond.
